Hi chaps, I'm glad you enjoy Russ's clips on the radio station but if you wish to view any part of BL Classics you will need to register first. I changed the settings on the forum when this one was under attack. BL Classics is in no way in competition with Fastmarina, we just offer different features that's all!

Heard the clip on You tube now and was very entertaining
Also there were a few other clips of the Marina in production and a rally Marina to music which was great to see 8)

Sean (ado28) says the original words to the song, were different to the ones that went out live, only 10mins before Russ went into the studio the shows producer asked for any offending material to be replaced, that's why the bit at the end needed to be added at the last second, after the Johnathon Ross thing the BBC are really terrified of upsetting anyone, still a laugh though.

Russ, what happened to the Marina Chat on Radio Sheffield today? listened in but only a tiny mention of Marinas and no Ital for that matter, not the same without that stuff (best bit of the show!) was still funny but not as good as it has been.

Ay up Al,
Because of the comment about the Pope i made on the last show and being warned about content,i had to tone the spot down a bit as not too offend anyone, the sad thing was that because of that the programme was spoilt,as the banter was more restrained.
Should be back to normal when the dust settles.

Russ is on this coming Saturday with Howie on Radio Sheffield at 12.00 (27 June),i would think there might be some Marina chat (perhaps about Top Gear) still worth a listen even if there's not, funny even though the program is censored after the Pope joke :P
