** PROOF OF THE EXTENSIVE USE OF SALT ON NORTHERN ROADS **

Here is a recent photo of the dangerous practice of over use of salt on northern roads.
Pensioner Albert Pagden (aged 71) had a lucky escape after he was trapped in a prison of salt for 4 hours after getting too near to a council gritting lorry,Albert of Bladerwort Road told us "i had only popped out to get some Benson's and thick sliced loaf,when i got covered in it, at first i thought my colostomy bag had burst,but when i realized it was cold and not warm i knew there was a problem.The alarm was raised by Albert's 22 year old wife Mi Ling,Albert was found some four hours later by a man by walking his dog,the man who wishes not to be named said,"he was very lucky i normally wouldn't bother to walk the dog when the schools are closed,and the children aren't playing outside,but i knew the newsagent had got this months copy of "Big Jugs Monthly" so i went out,but as myself and the dog were coming back,Saddam my dog went berserk and led me to where the man had been covered,i knew it was a pensioner by the smell being given off,a smell of urine and Vics Vapor Rub"
The emergency services were called and Albert spent a night in hospital suffering from mild hypothermia,before being aloud to go home.Albert is now being cared for by his new bride of two months, Mi Ling the couple who met while Albert was on holiday in Thailand,Mi Ling said of him,"he is a real gentleman and a real good tipper he even waited until he had only two days left of his holiday before he asked me to marry him.Albert is expected to make a full recovery.A spokes person for Sheffield County council said "this is a shocking incident,that may well have been fatal consequences,we express our most sincere apologies to the gentleman,and will reduce the amount of salt used in future gritting.
