Hi Spindrift, the mk 3 ,1300 was the base model, so it would not have had the chrome trims on the doors, arches etc, just like the early mk1 `Deluxe` was void of all these items, if yours is an `L` It should have the chrome finishers on it, all i can think is that somebody has fitted an `L` badge at a later date.
