hi does anybody know if lucas L798 reverse lights are correct for a mk1 tc they are the same as midgets mgbs etc ,best regards gavin

Hi Gavin, yes they are the same lamp units but you will need the black plastic housings to fit them in, which mount under the bumper,(see page 15 on `Jubilee has landed` strand on my workshop pages) otherwise you could use the oblong Wipac units which bolt onto the rear backflash which were commonly fitted after 1973

Hi, I got some new Wipac Type which fit to the back flash if you are interested!
Bought them for my Jubilee but then I ended up with a earlier car with them under the bumper!!
