I have to admit that I also find it rather witty

I think that I would even wear one  Sometimes you just have to laugh.

I know it might be a bit out there lads, but an approach might be to adopt the "the only bad publicity is NO publicity" thing, and run with it.
I woudl wear one of those shirts, because I have found soemtimes when people are poking fun at you, it dies quicker if you take it on the chin and laugh along.
When you take a "slagging" badly, it prolongs it invariably.
I would take it so far as to approach TG and see if they would run a Marina VS soemthing else challenge. Its the fact we're seen to take it so badly affects public opinion of us I reckon.
Thoughts?

Anyone know where I can buy one because I would certainly wear one  . It might just shut a few people up!!!!

Just a thought but isn't Top Gear Live on at the N.E.C at the same time as the classic car show this year?

You could just see it now....... 10 marinas turn up to a car show. One towing a trailer with a piano in it. A big sign on the trailer saying...."MORRIS MARINA Owners, Save the Piano Society" May as well have some fun with it
And when someone figures out how to buy one of those shirts, I want one too. I'm in Australia.

Make your own. If someone could scan the image, then you can take it along to one of those places that prints direct onto shirts.

I love that!
I'm telling you, this is the way to go. We have to embrace it and run with it.

They are real and you can buy them, I sort of want one but they are a bit pricey.
Btw, as for the joke fading you probably won't want to watch Clarksons latest DVD trailer...

Out of curiosity I did watch the trailer, nice to see they have put their minds to work thinking up a new joke, oh well it doesnt even surprise me now, whats the count now then, about 5 they have smashed up? It would be interesting for them to justify it all other than saying its a terrible car as like all 70s cars they had problems so why just the Marina? My dad had an Avenger for a bit and he said it was horrible to drive, even the Allegro gets off lightly. Alfa Romeo Alfasuds my dad said they rotted as soon as they got rained on but no they love them on topgear :/ Its just because Clarkson is used to driving all of these expensive super cars then he gets in a Marina and expects it to power slide and handle like those new cars on the track and just because it doesnt its worthy of destruction in his eyes. Oh well as long as his pocket is lined he wont care I suppose.
