I would just like to say a big thanks you to the boys and girls that make up Marina Ecosse. I’ve had several Marinas and Itals over the years but have had a break in ownership for some years until getting my estate in June this year. Since joining the Marina Ecosse gang in July they have made me very welcome and been very enthusiastic about my car. I have been invited to several shows as part of the club stand but due to other commitments could not attend. That was until yesterday, when the club put on an impressive display at Scone palace show (8 Marinas, 1 Ital and a pilgrim Bulldog). The club even picked up two new members and heard about the where abouts of a third car. This was an excellent day out with lots going on to entertain the whole family over a vast show area.
Particular thanks go to Ray, Sean and Larry whose enthusiasm for Marinas is just amazing. Next week its Selkirk which I’m told is also an impressive show and hopefully the marina count will be well in to double figures.

Hi Barry,
Thanks for your kind comments on Club Ecosse! Yesterdays show was really good; it’s just a shame that the season is nearing the end. It was really nice to have your car on our stand and the amount of attention and positive comments it drew was great. I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself yesterday and next week you will see meet of our members at Selkirk where I’m sure you will have an equally good time if not better!
Sean

cheers for the comments baz, its always nice when people recognise the job that others do in making a show a great day out. Next weekend is the last of the season and the biggest show of the season so ending on a high note, you never know we may add to the ever increasing number on the books. Stu and the north east boys will be there along with some others whom you have still to meet, so we should be over 20 on the stand. C U saturday.
