Re: Part number help needed
All Marina/Ital front and rear windscreen rubbers have an insert for a trim strip.
Mk1s used a stainless steel strip, later cars mostly used a chrome plastic filler strip and some cars used a black plastic filler strip.
The profile for the plastic filler strip is the same as a real Mini, so readily available. ADZ if you are struggling to find some, speak to Frank, he'll probably have what you need.

Hi Chris...just a quick correction on the infill strip in case everyone goes rushing out to buy Mini infill strip..DONT it is different, the Marina screen insert is a `D` section insert, the mini is more of a `V` section, the Marina section is available from COH Baines Ltd directMarinaCoupe wrote:All Marina/Ital front and rear windscreen rubbers have an insert for a trim strip.

Hi Adz,
If that part is from Voking2000 he has some good rubber seal parts!
I think he was the chap I bought a saloon rear screen seal off and it was a gen part which had the correct shape for the wide stainless insert! I got him to send a close up picture.
I understand looking at my parts list and the picture it is a coupe rear screen seal and not the pressure strip or screen etc.
With that part number I would not think it will be a rubber seal with no insert moulding.
Good price too!
Hope that helps

Well done Adz!
This guy has some good stuff as I said.
Original gen rubbers for MK1 are not easy to get now.
