I'm driving up in the TC on Sunday. I have 3 tickets spare due to friends pulling out-owe me £7.50 each ( got at discounted rate as wife's car is on display  ) If any one wants to buy them off me then please pm me.

Also if anyone else is driving up I'm suggesting a couple of meeting places:

Exeter services at 9am and Cartgate service area at 10am. Idea then is we can drive and park in the classic car only bit at the show and have a 'splash' of Marina's.

Anyone up for a convoy?

TC-CLIFF-might be an ideal place to advertise your car?

Not sure about dogs-might be worth a call to check.

Just to clear something up-although called the Brsitol show its actually held at The Royal Bath & West showground near Shepton Mallet.

I'm guessing the classic only park is where I was last time Cliff.

Philip-They always have a 'classic car only' bit-usually near the entrance. Not on display as such but usually more interesting than the show itself

Just means rather than wander for hours round the normal car park trying to spot the oldy, they are all together. Its a 'feature' that works well though my exhaust thinks its a bad idea...........

Also lets the weirdo's have the chance to stand next to there favourite car for ages waiting for the owner to appear eh Cliff??? :D :D :D

would be cool to have a marina line-up there

So, anyone going?

I think TC-CLIFF and Philip are meeting me there ( I have some spare classic car parking only area passes by the way )

Cliff-any idea yet if you want 1 or more tickets off me? Philip-did you want one too? I think its £10 on the door on the day.

Hi Balmy, yes I'm going to come. If you would be willing to sell a pass that's be great. What time were you thinking on Sunday?

I won't be going. Away in the caravan bank holiday weekends!

The show used to be in February every year, until it was cancelled by snow in 2009, and moved to the May bank holiday. February suited me fine, as we don't use the caravan during the winter months.

The February autojumble has filled the Feb. slot.

Dave.

Dunno what sort of bloke you think I am Cliff, but meeting strange men at back gates ain't my sort of thing! :D

Yep, that sounds like a plan. Not sure if anyone is meeting me on the way-one def isn't a def anymore! So could be just me and the missus.

By the way, her Sunbeam will be on the Rapier/Alpine stand so make sure you compliment it if you see her after-I didn't say anything ok?
