Fast Marina Magazine

I had a dig in a load of old bits I brought and came across this, its labelled up as a dash kit for a Mk2 Marina, but the main label on the box looks like its been taped over at some point and then the tape removed, taking the face of the label with it...

All the information left on the label is Rok_ Coventry, it looks to have twin glovebox, a dash insert, instrument panel and a steering wheel strip?, along with fixings.

I've had a look online and turned up nothing about it, just thought it was an interesting bit of 70's tat that I can put with the rest of my junk in the "one day" shed

Yes, as Pete has already said that is a Rokee wooden dash kit for a MK2 Marina, looks nice too! 8)

Thanks for the info,its spot on condition wise, its been in the box since it was made, theres some old adhesive on it from the masking tape that was holding it to the cardboard at some point and one or 2 tiny marks that you have to look very hard to find,I bought it with a load of new old stock from a spares place that was having a clearout, I wanted a couple of Capri bits and had to buy over 400 items to get them...

Not sure if I want to sell it yet, I'm after a Marina, ideally a Mk1 but I'll keep it until I get one incase I end up with a Mk2..

The dash can go if anyone's interested, I definately only want a Mk1 Marina so I'm guessing it wont be much use to me, that and the fact that I've run out of storage space and her indoors has denied planning permission for yet another shed, apparently 5's enough and she'd like the conservatory back

Not sure what its worth so I'm afraid its offers, can wrap carefully and post anywhere or can be collected from near Kings Lynn, Norfolk, anybody interested before I chuck it on ebay, send me a pm, can take extra pictures etc etc, Andy
