8) you are right paul, some clubs think they are the mutts nuts.remember at selkirk the jaguar club drinking their champagne and having their own portaloo in their stand. i often laugh if one of their members had went in for a crap and it was rotten, and one of their stuck up snooty bitch members had went in after him, they would get drawn some looks.

Hi Paul, unfortunately you do get this petty behaviour with some other clubs, over the years we have suffered abuse fom loads of so called classic car clubs, the worst were often Triumph Clubs, the worst we came across years ago was the TR club at beaulieu, they were thoroughly obnoxious  , when you think about it, it is really pathetic as in my opinion we should all be sticking together to fight the eurocrats who would like to take all our cars off the road, not each other!!, still as long as there are a few petty minded morons out there you will always get this sort of behaviour.
Frank.

Yeah the MGB bunch that were outside Gaydon were having a dig at the Marinas until I pointed out the red one was mine! At least you know all the people that own Marinas have a sense of humour.

And are stark raving mad

Abso bloody lutely!!!

Sooo fed up with sooo many clubs, I am considering just being forum member and joining a regional classic car club for all makes.

Got the membership form for my local "all make" club and it was more like an interview.....

Fact is, when you collect corrosion like me, you have broad tastes and some clubs don't like it!

I have to be to put up with you Jim and all your accusations!

I do find it strange that people think just because they have a certain type of car they are above everyone else and get all exclusive. Snobbery in general pisses (or should that be "badgers") me off!
