The world's most expensive Marina?

This is for sale just 40 kms away from me, it must surely be the world's most expensive Marina?
I saw this car last summer, it's in as new condition and I mean as new. It even had the original headrests for the front seats still in their Unipart plastic wrapping. But at that money... 8900 euros is about 7500 GBP. Any takers?
