just bought a replica tax disc for the Marina and the Bedford ca, looks very good and the guy selling em is a real nice chap to deal with..

i got them from ebay but the chap (Greg ) has a website http://www.poplargreg.com/ tell him Eamonn sent you, nice touch to your car, he can also put different issue stamps on them i got Oxford for the Marina and Norwich for the Bedford, he also send you some quite interesting info about tax disc, rates of duty etc so you can fill em in with the correct info.. oh and he's quick on delivery too..

Very cool 8) I nearly said something about paying £7 for a tiny disc of paper but then I remembered I pay £215 a year for one as it is :roll:

That's nothing mate!! My old 555 light weight impreza was £400 per year !! Still it looked good next to the E39 M5 that was also £400!!

Mind you my insurance is a grand per year, but that is a bargain for someone my age

i still have the original tax disk that was first issued to my 79 saloon

I got mine from the same guy.
Only thing to be picky about it, is the tax disc is not punched around the outside edge. So I made a cutter and went round mine before carefully cutting it out so it looked even more like the real thing :shock:

wait till you get old Josh Insurance £69.80p + legal and agreed value
and yea you have to cut the tax discs out but easily done with a pair of nail sissors and some time.
