Car needed for film shoot

I have been contacted by a film company looking for a very specific car for filmimg in the south east. It seems that they have been using a Marina Estate in Scotland and wanted a similar one for the London area filming.

I know that this will be a long shot, but let's see anyway.

Mk2 Marina Estate, Maroon paintwork with a light interior and to top it all an exterior sun visor!

If anyone can help I have to get back to them by close Wednesday.

Anyone help at all?

I think they are just trying to avoid the cost of shipping the Scottish car and its owner down to Lunnon.

But I did say that I would try.

I would think they are stuck shipping the car down as there are not many like that in the country let alone down here.
I guess that may be Larry's Estate if it has a sun visor as it was fitted to his J plate car until he sold it?

Where are they filming? I may be able to pop across

I could always offer to sell it to them for a Grand and when they are finished with it they could sell it on and probably get their money back 8) MOT August 2012 Taxed April 2012.Or if anyone down south is interested they are guaranteed to get some of their money back. 8) 8)

Thats it confirmed. It goes to London tomorrow by transporter. The programme is called NEMESIS and will be on the BBC in the Spring. Good extra cash for Christmas and with a bit of luck they might need it again. 8) 8) 8)
