Hello

I do not own a Marina or an Ital although I did used to sell them,I do own several classic cars mainly Rootes group and a mark 1 Rover p6 so why am I on a Marina forum?
Back in 1976 I got a car through the trade for my late father it was a Rhinegold metalic Austin Marina export registration GOG 3N.
I have fond memories of this car and did see it resprayed Black in Telford during the early 1980s I spoke to somone on your stand at the NEC last year and believe this car just may still exist.
Can anyone help me on this matter I would apreciate any info

The DVLA database says the car was last taxed in 1987 so it is either sitting in someone's garden/barn etc or it has been scrapped.

The vehicle details for GOG 3N are:
Date of Liability 01 06 1987
Date of First Registration 15 11 1974
Year of Manufacture 1973
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 1798cc
CO2 Emissions Not Available
Fuel Type PETROL
Export Marker N
Vehicle Status Unlicensed
Vehicle Colour BLACK
Vehicle Type Approval Not Available

Josh beat me to it. It was last taxed in 1987 (date of liability) and had been painted black. To be off the road for 24 years makes it unlikely that it has survived I'm afraid.

With a number like that I'm surprised that it wasn't sold on.

24 years mm not unheard of Chris, our latest purchase from Mick was last on the road in 1991 and had been left in a garage awaiting repair, hope you have it all sorted and on the road before the Nats...
Good luck with the search fella, might be worth posting on a few more classic websites.. someone might know it's whereaboouts or if it was scrapped...
