Teal Blue Fest!

Had a trip over the border into Norfolk to go and see Budgie and his auto 72 1.8 SDL 'Frankie'. Really is a beautiful car, top work as always by Frank.

Did a few little jobs like greasing her up and also swapped the seats over and put some boards underneath to stop the springs cutting through the foam!

Seeing as it was a Marina day out red shoes were compulsory...

:D Good to see he`s in good hands Josh, looking good mate  i hope he gives Budgie years of good service, as you said it is a really nice car, i`m really pleased i saved him from the banger boys it would have been criminal to waste such a solid car in that way.

A poor boy has to dream

I gave her a thorough look over underneath and I couldn't believe just how solid she was! A truly fantastic example, glad you saved it!

Must remember to switch them number plates the next time I see Budgie

Some great shots there Josh :D Your car looks as good as Budgies in the photo looking from the backs of the cars towards the sea! Teal is certainly a beautiful colour and really sets the chrome off a treat doesn't it.

Budgie, how's the car feel with those 185 section tyres on the ordinary rims?
