They are not very helpful, but I will type them word for word:
MARINA AND ITAL IMPROVED LOWER LINKAGE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Dismantle suspension and remove worn trunnion,
Clean off oil and grease from thread of suspension leg, cut end off quill of threadlokc and
squeeze onto lower part of leg thread.
With a 36mm deep socket, screw adapter onto leg and tighten up to 100 lbs.feet. Grease
adapter before screwing on the trunnion.
If the leg is still attached to the vehicle, and a deep socket is not available, screw the
adapter up to the taper firmly with an open ended spanner, or Stillsons.
Fit the lower arms to steady the suspension leg and tighten the adapter a further 1/12 of a turn.
Complete assembly in usual way.

This is verbatim from the oily, typewritten, poorly punctuated sheet in the kit.
Good luck.

Thanks for that, pretty basic stuff as I suspected but just wondered if there was something I was missing.
