There were some nice cars on the island this weekend. I didn't get along to the show as was moving into my new unit. Maybe next year..

Nice pics there, plenty of variety. The blue Ford is a Consul isn't it? Not a Mk1 Granada. I remember my Dad looking at a very similar car at Marshgate Motors, Doncaster, around 1974 - but he ended up buying a Toyota Corona 2000 instead.

The 2nd pic down has a red Mistral in th eback-ground!
I had one almost identical, it had Escort flares and powered by a 302 Ford V8 and Celica 5-speed.
It was like a go-kart on steroids!

yes , i've had a almost similar - red with black vinyl-roof, 3.0 Ghia - well you can't keep them all ...

The yellow Capri is parked next to an Aussie Ford Falcon panelvan

. Wouldn't be many of those doing their OE in the mother country.
