TC Sill trims

Post by ClaytonSpeed » Sat Apr 13, 2013 3:27 pm

Just a quick question. If I had some TC Sill trims made up would anyone buy a set? Made from alloy and a precise copy.

Let me know here.

Quite possibly, if the price wasnt too silly. Rather liking the TC estate idea...

I have 2 brand new sill trims still in bags but they won't be cheap!
I also have 2 OK used ones (No drilled holes but has some little kinks) but one is an early one and one a late type, but unless you look at both sides of the car at the same time you would probably never notice :-D

If a link was changed to "ebay linky" then that was probably Sam, because she's sad..

Are they early or late ones Gary?
Mine are later type not handed and no black paint so normal boring old TC ones( :D  ). If he has some early handed ones with Jubilee painted strips I would be interested to swap?

I expect it could have been sometime in 1973 as I have seen Jubilees with both fitted (With painted black stripes).
But I am sure I will be put right if it is wrong as I don't know for sure. I expect BL didn't know for sure either?

Paul

What is shown on the early brochures, with or without stripes?
