Not sure about it being a Jubilee as the front quarters looked fixed ones and no wing badge or repeater indicators , may be the red on the grill was faded but it looks Citron in the grill to me.
I expect if it was a Jubilee the BL press messed up as I have a press shot and that is missing a wing badge as well.
