Ok back from viewing this car.
Looks to me to be a run out Mk 1 TC (Or SDL with vinyl roof) Coupe. I did see some P plates around the place. (LAP***P) I suspect these belong to this car
Bodily its all been done and resprayed in damask.A few blemishes under the bootlid surface looks like some damp got in there.
The underside has been totally done and undersealed to a good standard
Headlamp panels Wings (pattern)sills floor valances etc are all done.
Fuel tank present and undersealed.
Brakes and suspension done and some polybush tierods fitted.
No mk1 bumpers that I can see but some good mk2s supplied.
The interior is there (red brushed velour) but needs fitting up as does the engine and box
Also a spare vinyl interior in yellowish colour. PEFFECT FOR SOME ONE WHO DOESNT HAVE BODYWORK SKILLS.
Also an alladins cave of engines (A B AND O series 1.7 and a 2.o), gearboxes , suspensions
brakes clutches and everything for a Marina along with some good bonnets doors and coupe bootlids.A lot of glass ,some tinted, And also some Teal Marlin parts which the deceased owner was breaking Marinas for. some logbooks and Chassis plates (some 72,73 ad S reg)
HERES THE STING. . . . . THE CAR &The whole lot needs to be CLEARED BY 3rd OCTOBER as the entire house/plot garages are being auctioned off. If not all this stuff will be weighed in . SO WE NEED TO ACT FAST. I did suggest that rather than skip ...a donation to the club for slower moving stuff. The guy I met is not the owner but dealing with the disposal of the estate on behalf of the family. Ideally he'd like for the lot to go all on the same day as he has to travel from his home and doesnt want to needlessly go back and forth. The previous owner was a retired engineer with some relly good skills.Pix are below.
