The jack is missing from my 1972 Coupe.
Were the jacks the same for all Marinas? Could I use
this jack from a 1981 estate?

All Marinas I have seen had scissor jacks like that one, usually grey.

I've only ever seen black ones I think!

Maybe they changed the colour later on! Two of mine have their original jacks, in fact Ducky still has the complete original tool kit!

Totally agree with Barmy, my jack supplied with the car in August 1972 is the same as the blue one in Barmy's picture.

They should be the same as Barmys blue and grey ones.

I haven't carried a jack for so long. Had no spare and jack doesn't fit under anyway.

Should have mentioned the jack in the photo is from a New Zealand estate, assembled in NZ from a UK CKD pack.
I don't think I've ever seen one like Barmy's pic. It's so long since I last owned a Marina (with a jack!), that I can't remember for sure what type it was, but I can only recall using two types - traditional scissor jack and the Classic Mini "windup arm" type.

When these are wound right down they are very low entry so should be ok for you with Chaved up motors ;-)

"Chaved up motors"?? Is he running neons under it now then? In which case a jack wouldn't fit for fear of smashing his wude tubes ;-)
