spotted near Kendal

was out on my travels today and just as I came off the M6 at junction 36 for Kendal I spotted a mk1 coupe in teal blue parked up in a layby, it had the first 3 letters OWL**** and I think it was an L reg it had a very sturdy looking towbar on it which was obscuring the rear number plate, I couldn't tell if it was a 1.3 or a 1.8 but looked to be in very good condition, does anyone know it as you don't see any up this neck of the woods.
