The last tax disc expired in 1984. It was sold by BL Special Tuning in 1973, I once spoke to the chap who bought it back in 1973 and the last he saw of it was in Wales and it was being used as a rally car. Almost certainly scrapped in 1984, or because it was in use as a rally car there's a high chance it was written off.
It was originally used as an ST demonstrator and appeared in numerous adverts including the 'Fast, Faster and good morning officer' ad where it claimed to be a TC, it was of course a 1.3 DL!!

On the far left in this shot, WOK107J another 1.3 DL ST Coupe is on the right hand side
I believe there are more pics of it inside that magazine, not got a copy of it myself yet
And it's at the bottom in this well known shot, after it had the complete ST treatment

A friend in our local motor club finished 6th overall on the 1976 lombard rac rally (clubmans) in that car.
he did the welsh in it.
