Excellent find.

When I imported the Belgium TC (Feb 16) I had to declare its value, age and proof of sale with addresses of vendor and myself. Because the car is over 30 years old it was exempt of VAT. Happy days.

I will do write up of process for Understeer so that anyone wanting to do the same from the EU (before referendum!!) can.

Not actually a Korean-built Marina, but with plenty of Marina DNA :geek: http://thekoreancarblog.com/2014/06/05/ ... -the-pony/

Always liked the Hyundai Pony. What is it about unpopular and unloved cars that I like so much? The AMC Pacer and Gremlin I always thought were pretty stylish cars too

That rings a bell.

I bought a 1952 A40 Devon in 1970 for much the same reason - because everyone else despised it.
Figured I would make it go well enough to prove them wrong..

Engine was 1905cc B series with dellorto carb and MGB exhaust. Front and rear suspension was Wolseley 6/110. It would reach 120mph and cornered like a Mini.

No surprise really that I focused on the Morris Marina 20 years later and repeated the process...
