Yeh, that's right. I wasn't intending to sell any of those parts. I just chucked in a load of bits just in case I needed anything but when that boot opened it was like fending of a flock of seagulls at the seaside!
Hope to do a show like that again, it was great

We will be looking for a location in another part of the country for next year. We want suggestions and for local members to scout the road run, find a venue etc. This year's show was suggested by the Ford brothers, any club member can do it.

Just come along to the AGM at Gaydon museum (tbc in October) and pitch your idea.

Well there was talk of it being in Norfolk, and if it is, I know of some places for the road run. Plus where I work would be a nice place to have the show and shine.

Alex, I know from personal experience that it's very difficult for one person to arrange everything, get in touch with some other local members and your area rep to discuss your idea and get some agreement on what needs to be done and how the jobs can be shared around. If you can agree a plan, then bring it to the AGM to be voted on.

Likewise, if anyone else has any ideas for location etc. Follow the same route. Happy to discuss off-line by PM or telephone. My number is in the magazine.

Last time I went to National in Norfolk the boot filled up with a bucket of water as it didn't stop raining all day
It may have stopped as we all left though

With my son at school the longer journeys are are not so easy presently.
Peterborough is Ok as it falls in the holidays

I was thinking of pitching an idea of Wiltshire. I know http://atwellwilson.org.uk/index.html
are willing to have us. There's some great roads around there and it's still fairly central and easy to get to.

They may even get it out if we turn up
