Anyone got any hints and tips for improvements to the Marina / Ital plastics. My Ital bumpers are un-damaged but just look flat and the coloured lens covers need to be polished. Anyone ever tried polishing plastics? I guess a buffing wheel at slow speed and some fine compound. Any comments appreciated.

Best plastic polish I've ever used. Expensive but well worth it.

Another method that seems to work (though I've never tried it myself) is taking a heat gun to the plastic to release the oils within it.
Lots of vids on YouTube about that but I'm not brave enough to try it!

I found that a fine rubbing compound followed by t-Cut and then polish works well.
Don't use power tools as the speed can heat up fast and burn melt plastic!
