It needs a lock barrel, Gareth. I think you pull the wires from under the dashboard and touch them together to start it. I've seen it done on Starsky and Hutch.

No, that's the proper way to do it.... I was told :shifty: Hollywood tie the wires together. May explain why they burst into flames in a fender bender :lol:

Another one who thinks he's got old gold. I inquired about saving the interior, dash etc and some other bits, even offered to pick it all up... £400! Boy did I Lol :lol:

That is a bargain. I would have paid him £150 at the most maybe. £400 for an incomplete interior needing work, forget it! I've turned down two cars local to me for less and that was for the whole car!
