Stripped all out again, the two spring steel prongs on the back of the clutch actuation lever, all there and working while out ,, every thing seems all ok with every thing .. so again i put back together and same ,, bleed up, you have a peddle, i goes to the floor and back up, then you try again its ...

Cheers Guys .. im back on the case on Sunday and i will report back .. will drop the box again, as car still up on axle stands and it's not a hard job .. .. as far as i could tell every thing on it was as it should be and all moved freely when in bit's ..

Still got prob's peep's .. had to drop the gearbox, clutch had stuck .. so freed off and all looking good, every thing, while the the gear box was off was moving freely and A-OK .. put all back together and same thing. bleed the clutch, then peddle goes solid, get a bar and push the arm and rod back ...

i took off both the master and the slave cylinder both un-seized and moving freely, and the pedal and mechanism all ok some must be the clutch plates sticking, she has been in dry storage for a couple of years ....
