Nice car Sam, i'm sure you will have plenty of fun with it. No antiroll bars on it so it may handle like a pig on the corners, well my mk1 did but other than that I loved it.

I'm venturing over the wall tomorrow with fellow clansman Larry to collect a J plate Marina, will take some fotys for ye all

I will do Jim, I have kitted out the van with some tools and the A-frame etc. The camera is charged up and ready to go. I finish work tonight at 2am then into bed for a couple of hours shut eye and up at 6.30 to collect fellow clansman Larry for the wee trip down the road.

Yeah she is a little wobbly round corners.. makes it rather exciting :p

Here is a pic of her all shiny after a mamoth 4 hour polishing session. There will be more pictures put up in my garage bit in a couple of mins (my computer doesn't process things at light speed, Jim, as much I would like it to!!)

I'll have to check the carbs this week and the points. It was holding back on the road earlier!

Sam

The badge placing on the back of your TC would have been done by Adam, as for many years it had no badges or holes on the rear atall..

Simon Nettle that owned and loved it years ago fitted a brand new lid, but never got round to fitting the badges..

Gary

p.s. Jim! don't take the p*ss!!!
If a link was changed to "ebay linky" then that was probably Sam, because she's sad..

ah thanks Gary. Yeah been stealing TC badges off other cars to fill in my gaps. haha, nah Ben got me one.

And yes we will have to get the parcel shelf fitted soon! and hopefully the seat covers will come soon before I actually fall into the seat!

She is much loved again now :) and my mum loves her as well, was helping me tcut and polish her earlier!
