Good spotting, the E series Is from one of my spares maxi's and the flat front was originally a V4, but has been retro fitted with the 250 six, I just dont like the Bullnose, so we got it to fit without changing the nose, you do have to cut the firewall tho

Thanks guys, I just couldn't resist it, it was cheap and in good condition and it was white too

Series II, say the rego papers (raised front bumper and split grill ). First reg 17/6/74. Should be locally assembled (at Nelson) from ckd kit. A unique feature was the black vinyl mats sewn onto the carpets in the front footwells featured the British Leyland 'L' logo .
