Maybe DLs were ahead of their time but I doubt that your rear rubber seal has drain holes in it like mine?
I had to block mine up as MK1s don't have drain holes in the body.

Some MK1s have drain holes in their body :wink: JWC did and she had the rear drain pipes as well but she was a May 75 car. She didn't have any of the front screen drain system though so that was presumably brought in later. There weren't any drain holes in her screen rubber though, the drain pipes went through to the steel below the rear screen rubber.

Ducky has no sign of any drain holes so they were definitely incorporated into the screen rubbers later on.
