Since I last posted my marina has been collected.
I'm going to get a first look at it tomorrow
How do I post pictures on here?

Re: New marina owner
Since my last post here we've found out that the engine is Siezed
It's possibly overheated due to a split rad hose and the connector broken from the temp sender
So it's going to be an engine out job

Re: New marina owner
Hi everybody
I though it was time for an update on the Marina as it's been almost a year since I bought it
The O series engine now starts and runs like a sewing machine. It starts instantly and having been fitted with new big end shells (mains were perfect), rings, head gasket and the refurbished head runs extremely well.
The clutch was like new and went back in. Master cyl was re-sealed
Attention has now turned to the brakes. The rear brakes were as new but the cylinders have been replaced.
The front brakes were in poor condition however. There was no brake material left on one side and the disc is badly damaged. New pads have arrived along with caliper rebuild kits and new poly bushes have gone on the torsion bars. Currently waiting on discs and flexis and that's the brakes sorted.
Fuel tank is off and cleaned out, now searching for a sender for the fuel gauge
All in all it's going in the right direction.
