........Get the classic out of the garage and going to a show
I am not a great lover of Christmas so to everyone that was asking if I was looking forward to it my answer has been no just looking forward to new years day and praying for some nice weather.
. Mutterings from some about "not a cat in hells chance". Oh yeah of little faith!!!! What a beautiful day and warm to. 11am I set off for a local show which I go to every year and only 5 miles down the road. This show started off a few years ago with a little gathering of about 15 - 20 cars. It now entertains about 200, except for this year. Some bright spark decided to let everyone know that it had been cancelled. Good job some never got to hear about it and a few more took no notice. Here are a few pics:-

In the end I think about 80 cars turned up, but, as everyone was parked on the road outside the pub or 200 yds up the road at the village hall instead of on the village green where the cars are usually parked, it wasn't a bad turnout. Lets hope the weather stays nice for all of this years shows
