I saw it last night to! But I did not know Ben was staring in it though!!
Well thats what the wife said when they got out the Quattro! It was not Gene Hunt or the guy with curly hair but the other one!!
I think Ben will be adding 4 wheel drive next! May have to get frank to spray it more of a red than blaze

8) It was very good...must admit i did have a Black quattro a few years ago, what a fantastic car!, thoroughly enjoyed it but it made a TC seem very economical!
, and sadly had to go, but i still see it now and again on the island, lovely cars Audi`s the build quality is second to none and this series will no doubt make me regret selling it because when i sold mine all i could get for it was £1600!..and it was immaculate, after this exposure they will be more like £16.000! ...i still have a pair of doors for one if anyone knows anybody looking for some

My brother bought one in 1985, still got it & the fuel consumption is on par with a T.C. (26 MPG around the doors), the only thing wrong with the build quality, is the wiring, I think Audi must have had a lot of Freidland bellwire in stock when they made the looms
I'll try & dig out some pictures NICE
The first time I drove it I was smitten, stuck to the road like it was on rails, was genuinely FAST, but of course I would NEVER admit to Paul that it was better than my Marina!!.
One of the nice finishing touches to the car is the heated rear screen, the heated elements have QUATTRO written in them, perhaps someone could explain to me why B.L. didn't think of doing something useful like that with the spare 8" or so of rear screen on the early MK1's

Whippet?
You must be mistaken Frank, I don't own a whippet, however, the family member who has a T.C. coupe, does own a lardy lurcher!
Caravanning, you don't know what you're missing

P.S. I don't own one of these either 8)
Brian.
