I think so. Even if you don't go to shows or meets then the spares you have access to is fantastic what with the new repair panels and other lines being looked into.
I think it is all about keeping the cars active and in the public eye. The club helps do that!

Taken on value alone, I'd say yes. £18.00 for 4 colour magazines per year, club contacts, club stands at car shows, meetings, access to spares, commissioning of panels etc.
Yes some clubs do some of these things for less, but I can't think of any car club doing all of this for the same cost.
Think about it - well less than than the cost of a tank of petrol per year.

Of course it is!..but then I`m probably biased!!, I personally think there is no better way of keeping the cars alive than by joining the club and inter-acting with other members, of course this site is brilliant too, but the club gets people together and gets things done, like the spares and technical know how, you also get 4 colour mags a year, which Andy Walsingham puts a lot of hard work into., which gives you loads of interesting articles and features, i have found it a great source of new friends over the years too.
..go on you know it makes sense!

Hi Kilroy
From memory, the overseas membership is £21.00 to cover the higher costs of magazine postage - we have to use relay pigeons rather than single pigeons for delivery. The exact costs are on the application form.
To pay - some of our overseas members use PayPal direct to the treasurer. We charge £1.00 on top for this option as the darlings charge us for the service.
I have yet to get round to the electronic application form, so the quickest method is to print off an application form, complete it, scan it in and email it as an attachment to the membership secretary. I can PM the email addresses if you are interested.

I've found joining to be really useful so far, only had my Ital for 2 months but enjoyed the forum ( i know it's free) but all the useful info from other members, the mag is great, and the members area is really useful for parts/contacts especially stuff you just can't find in a normal googl search.
Not to mention the National at the weekend, had a great day and it's really useful to be able to see other cars and know what you need to do to your own to get it back to the way it should be. There are some lovely cars out there and they are a credit to their owners. Next year I hope people will think the same of mine.
