In a relative's garage when the chap has got it through it's MoT. It will only be in my relative's garage until I can find somewhere where I can work on it and store it. I need to get the car MoT'd before I can move it to my relative's garage and then move it onto somewhere else.
The mechanic will ONLY be getting it through it's MoT, if my dad wants me to take it to him for any other work all hell will break loose cos it's my car and I want to work on it
Fingers crossed for some storage where I can work on it so any future problems can be rectified by myself :)
Until I find storage where I can work on it all work will be done at the roadside once she's MoT'd.

Hi Frank, Yep the bootlid is sitting on the backseat (underneath an awful back seat cover- the interior needs quite a bit of work but mainly a bloody good clean!). I hope to fit it when the car is back here and get started on checking all the other mechanical parts and then onto the rest of the bodywork and then do the interior.
Thanks for the offer Jim, hopefully I wont be needing another engine

The only problems I have ever experienced with a B series engine (1622cc) are the big ends rumbling, the piston rings wearing out and over running when the engine is turned off. Other than that there great!

The classic car movement needs Jeremy Clarkson like Jenson Button needs a towhitch and a Sprite Musketeer....
