My mate has done all the work on this himself .... including the paint job and its on an Island plate as well !! The engine is a marina 1275 block with a metro head and mated to a 5 speed ford sierra gearbox !! Very useful to know for future developments !!

Do you know if the 5 speed was a home grown conversion or did he buy a kit from one of the Moggie garages? They are a fantastic box and are really suited to the A and B series motors.

looks good m8 specially the five speed conversion get him indoors get the spotlight on and extract the info after plying him with beer

No guys - 6 speeds is better - overdrive on 3rd and 4th.
But if I was doing a gearbox now it would be the sierra box.
