Hi,
I've got a MK2 Marina and the seats have frankly seen better days. The fabric is loose and faded and I was wondering can anyone recommend the best solution to make them look new again - from maybe car covers to re-upholstering them completely. Any suggestions is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Re: What to sit on?
I have a set of front and rear Mk2 seats in blue with white honeycomb pattern, from a Special 4 door if they help.
Don't want a lot for them.

Hi. I had the same problem. I stripped the upholstered sections from the frames after removing all the clips. Put them through a hot wash to produce slight shrinkage. They came up as new. I reinstalled the fabric back onto the frames pulling the upholsery tighter before reclipping. They look as good as new, well beyond my expectations. Ian.

Thanks to all for the advise - think I'll go with the boil wash for now. Cheers
