Mumford Convertible brochure!!!

Post by v6pop » Wed Jun 17, 2009 11:56 pm

After a 2 hour session looking for something else I found this amongst my old brochures that I forgot I had!!

Prices seem interesting at a heady £1995 for the 1.8TC plus a list of extras you can also add on.(Dated 15th Oct 1973)

Rear suspension looks a bit "saggy", could it be due tothe extra weight of the strengthening?
Or is the front too high? :|

The front is too high - no wonder this brochure didnt result in many sales with the car sitting wrong.......

I don't think the fact that the car was well out of proportion, the doors being too small in comparison to the rear quarters panels, and the truly hideous roll over/bridging section with the side window helped sales either.
