I was on the Island last week and called down to Frank's workshop on spec around 4.30 on Thursday afternoon but there was nobody around :? - was this the reason why? :roll:

Hi chaps!, sorry to have missed you Fergus, i usually get out there about 7.30 in the morning so i knock off about 4pm, i would have waited for you if i`d known you were coming mate :roll: , still never mind, perhaps i`ll catch you next time ay
The car is a 1300 Auto, she`s a `72 `car with 39.000 on the clock with all the service history, nice and solid but she hasn`t run since 2002, so will need a bit of work to get her going again, seems to turn over ok, so probably needs the usual clean up of points, fuel, plugs etc.
The other Teal blue saloon is `cuddly Kens` 1800 Auto, now with rather tasty GT6 rims fitted....nice!! :mrgreen:

Is it all original from new Frank? great condition if it is,has it been garaged since new then? and no way would a car from up here last as well as that Southern cars for me every time.
