Well everyone agrees that the show was a great success, I was contacted yesterday by the organisers to point out that in fact the show wasn't organised by the CO-OC, but by a separate group called "BMC/BL Group". I could have sworn that it used to be CO-OC, but hey what do I know?

Here's exactly what they said, "We are the BMC/BL GROUP we dont want the Cambridge Oxford Owners to get credit for a show that they have nothing to do with. Thanks Richard"

Anywho, they now have their own website at http://www.bmc/blrally.co.uk

Enjoy

The COOC usually hold their national rally at Ferrymeadows. Its a lovely girl called Sara Nye that organises the show before that it was her father. Looks like you guys had a great time, it's just a pity I couldn't manage it this year.

Sean,

I don't know the full story, but Sara is now one of the BMC/BL rally organisers, so I guess that there must have been a split at some point. I know a couple of years ago the COOC were saying that they couldn't keep the show going themselves.

Ferrymeadows has never been a COOC run show. They have just used it as a location for their national show as it's a big rally. Like you say The show is totally separate from the COOC.
