Notifying owners club- change of address

Who should I contact at the club as regards to a change of address? I tried emailing the secretary but haven't received any reply yet....

I got a notice to renew my memebership a month or so ago, but when moving house I unfortunately lost that piece of paper... If someone has that same piece of paper ready at hand, can you please provide me the paypal details. I think it was £21 for overseas memebers but also an extra paypal fee? Thanks!

Surely a simple reply should be sent out to the member, its only common courtesy? It just takes less than a minute to click the reply button saying "Thanks for updating us with your details" :shock:

I know what you mean but surly a simple reply is only common courtesy I would think? It is in my book

I personally wouldn't expect a long winded reply, a couple of words would do fine just so that the customer has been acknowledged.

Well, I got my mag today but only because the Royal Mail redirected it (our redirection service from our old address will be expiring at the end of the month), so it seems my address hasn't been changed.

What should I try now?
