I was sitting next to a bloke who was flying down to Christchuch to look at a Mustang to add to his collection, and we were both lamenting that we hadn't hung on to the old cars we'd had in our younger years, with even average '70s Holdens, Valiants and Falcons selling for $10k+. I mentioned Kilroy's collection, and he smiled and nodded and said he was glad someone was collecting the mundane cars that used to be everywhere "good solid cars anyone could work on".
