Thanks Al  , If you do go for it Ray, you will probably need a few bits that are unique to Mumfords.....i do still have a few bits and pieces so let me know if anything is missing from it and i will try and help  , it may not be as bad as i remember as it was a good 10 years since i rescued it, but it did need a lot of panels, some of which at the time i could not source, so it was patched and filled, but i do remember a lot of filler was applied over the back quarters..they are probably the worst part of the car, so if you want to make a good one out of it, i would definately search out a pair of back quarters, just in case

Are there any places that can reproduce the badges... just a thought.

Yes, i was wondering that Chris....there is a company called "Classic Reproductions" who supply all sorts of BL badges, and Ford ones too for that matter, perhaps they could do something for Jan?

I spoke to a company years ago, and they said they could prob do it, but it wouldn't be the pressed look, just flat, and that they would need an order for about 50!!
If a link was changed to "ebay linky" then that was probably Sam, because she's sad..

  I reckon even Jan can`t make use of 50 Mumford badges Paul!, ...perhaps he could dirty them up a bit and flog them as very rare Mumford Marina badges on Ebay!!

looking forward to getting it "home" Frank. Just going to do some refurbishing as changing some non-period parts for genuine 59 mini items etc. It's going straight into winter storage but will hopefully see some shows next year :)
