Happy New Year everyone.
I am organizing another Craft Fair / Car & Bike Show at RAF Lakenheath– Saturday 28th April 2012, 10 – 3 p.m.
It will follow the same lines as last year’s Car & Bike Show, with a Craft Fair / displays / food booth / bouncy castle and sunshine (I hope).
I need ALL non-base entries (those who do NOT have base ID) back to me by 27 March at the latest as I’m on holiday 31 mar – 15 April, and if you know of anyone that is not on this email that would be interested, please let them know and send me a cc.
The prizes will be for :
Best Paint (Car)
Best Interior
Best Car
Ugliest Car
Best Paint (Bike)
Best Bike
I’ll need all the entry information on the attached excel spreadsheet, if you can't open it then please submit the information in the format below:
Last Name
First Name
Car/Bike Reg
Color
Make & Model
Passport#/Nat Ins #
I only need Passport# or Nat Ins #, not both of ALL Non Base ID Cardholders.
When emailing me, please use both the following email addresses as the Base sometimes blocks certain emails:
Keith.beaumont at lakenheath.af.mil
Arts_crafts at btconnect.com changing the at for @
Please also remember that we’ll be having the 4th July Car/Bike Show at RAF Feltwell again this year with all the usual events, including flypasts, static displays, carnival, beer tent, youth games and fireworks – 4th July 12 noon – midnight. You can sign up for that event at the April show.
Many thanks,
Best regards
Keith
