Look What I See....

Post by marinast » Tue Oct 16, 2007 5:37 pm

This is a still from the filming of Ashes to Ashes, the follow up to Life On Mars which is set in 1981. Yes, that is a DeLorean and a Quattro in the shot, but I notice a certain Harvest Gold coloured beauty there too. Surprisingly little rust on it as well I see.... :D

Is that the same Marina as was used in Life On Mars?

ooooh. Not the same car to my knowledge, and I think its limeflower as well :)

Ben has just informed me that the harvest gold one is owned by the guy that supplies the cars :)

Nah Dave's car wasn't used. We did offer the Gas van and a couple of mint Ital's but they seemed less interested..

I love Deloreans!!! Turning circle of a boat as standard and horrible engine.. But I'd not say no!

Is the new DeLorean going to have Allegro door mechanisms and a dodgy Renault V6 engine? :D
