Thinking that if the weather is fine, I might join jou for the day.
Won't be in the Marlin though, its a bit of a journey .

I'm afraid to say I won't be able to go now as Eamonn is feeling rather unwell at the moment. Let's hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Weather is supposed to be pretty awful tomorrow as well, what a sh*t summer this has been!

Note to anyone who was expecting parts from me: They are all still here and I will contact everyone to arrange another way of getting them to you.

Gary (Vermilion) and I are meeting at the BP station at the junction/roundabout of the A1 & A14 at 9.00am tomorrow morning. Anyone else want to join the convoy?

It'll be fine tomorrow, as a Swedish friend said to me the other year, "there's no such thing as bad weather, there's just the wrong clothes".

Bring rainware and suitable foot ware and it'll be fine.

It depends where they put you? AFAIK Ferry Meadows was both a Clay extraction area for bricks and Gravel extraction for roads.

Both were dumped by the Nene river over many years.

Shame I couldn't make it, oh well always next year and let's hope the weather is better

Good to see Gary's Mumford finally out. I'm surprised to see it out in the rain though

Thanks josh. The rain is getting heavy again but at least I managed to catch up with some of the guys again. Now it's time to dig out the brolly and head back up to the auto jumble for some 20/50 as reynard drank the oil coming down the road and I never had enough to top him up.
