I'm looking for a car mat that will complement the marina, I was thinking of the original bobily rubber mat that all cars had in the 60s-70s don't think they are available any more so how about a carpet type mat with different colour piping
What do you think?

Re: Classic car mats
I used to have the carpet style mat with vermillion piping in my coupe. They looked great and set the car off a treat. The trick is to get the right colour piping
May be a tad difficult with the colour of yours though

Not sure where they were from now but I do remember that there were about 12 sets in various colours that were end of line and this set just happened to be in them. Possibly when changing stock while I was at Kwik fit.

You can get any colour piping you like around the edge. I worked opposite a carpet whipping and fringing firm who made a living out of it.They must of had 500 different colours and shades. If you get the shape cut and posted the piece to them with the colour needed they could match it i'm sure.
