Look what I found up a mountain on holiday.........

Post by balmy » Wed Sep 29, 2010 5:26 pm

Yep, a Marina!!!   :D :D :D

I was driving across Kefalonia ( a Greek island ) and took the mountain road and in a little village found this car. Had no reg plates on though it was parked on the side of the road and looked like it hadnt moved in a long time.

I also took photos of some other old cars we found. Just so you don't think I'm a right sad git-I didnt go out looking for old cars-just stopped and took photos of everyone we passed. And yes, the wife was pleased!

standard on hot climate issue cars, should also have an electric fuel pump.
The classic car movement needs Jeremy Clarkson like Jenson Button needs a towhitch and a Sprite Musketeer....

Ah that's why we didn't see it then! Oops! We don't have the little rent a fart bucket any longer so we wouldn't be able to go looking for it! :(
