Apart from Earlparts, does anybody know where I can get a reconditioned 1.8 Marina engine, or has anybody managed to fit a totally different make engine and box?

If you want yours rebuilt, PM me. I can do a rebuilt engine for a reasonable price :-)

Thanks, I had thought of that, but the state of tune would entail another carb and, I think, rear engine plate to gearbox. Because the engine is in a kit car, there is no room for another carb. I also do not really need the extra power.
